Missing Mute, Add Call option

Sometimes when you are calling you are not able to view Mute option and Add call option, because of that you can't do call conferencing.
So there is solution.

Follows these steps.....


Go to settings - > modes - select standard mode

This issue occurs if you have selected easy mode in your phone.
