So let's Do it

First of All

Go To CMD and Open it As a Administrator

Now Type These Commands

netsh int tcp show global

Now Change TCP Parameters.

Open NotePad and type these Commands and Save it

As .bat file.
Booster.bat

cd\
netsh int tcp show global
netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp

Now run Booster.bat as a Administrator

Now Check Your Internet Speed Which is increase By Ratio of 35 to 40.
If you Want To reset Your TCP Parameters
Type Below Commands in notepad and Save as
Reset.bat

cd\
netsh int tcp show global
netsh int tcp set global chimney=default
netsh int tcp set heuristics enabled
netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=none
